Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after your purchase is placed.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday only.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Estimated Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or periods of high shipping volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Colorween is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to make changes before your order ships, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the problem.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
