At Colorween, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and components.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned after the 7-day return window.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Colorween is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly replace it with the same product, subject to availability. Please contact us to begin the exchange process.
